Postharvest of fresh produce

Working in tandem with field trials at a farm level, we reproduce the value chain of fresh produce in our pilot plant, with the aim of trialing new methods and technologies especially those that affect the product lifecycle. In the refrigerated storage areas, the actual preservation conditions of a handling plant are reproduced, monitored and controlled on a small scale.
